Contemplative Groups

In the last several years of his life Bede Griffiths continuously encouraged people to form small contemplative prayer groups everywhere he went. He insisted God's call to contemplation is universal and the only reason it is not effective is the lack of receptivity. The Bede Griffiths Trust: An Association for the Renewal of Contemplative Life is striving to continue this encouragement by providing suggested resources to feed the contemplative heart and its receptivity, using Fr. Bede's own writings and conferences and those of other contemplative teachers and mystical writers.
